For 2 decades, Kelly has been helping retirees find just the right home and community to fit their needs. Her love and compassion for seniors began at an early age with regular visits to see her grandfather who suffered from Parkinson’s disease and lived in a nursing facility. She saw first-hand the importance of good care, pleasant atmosphere and continuing a quality of life no matter what health issues one had to face. She possesses a strong desire to work with people on a personal level. Thus, when the opportunity with Texas Senior Services presented itself she embraced the challenge to utilize her people skills and business acumen to help others. With Texas Senior Services, she is able to provide a complete personalized service to the local community which will be unique, well tested and tailored to the specific needs of Seniors’ and their families.

Robin held several management positions in the senior homecare industry for over 16 years prior to joining Texas Senior Services May 2016. Through personal experience placing her mother in senior living, she realized the great need for consulting services that eliminate the confusion and stress of finding the right placement for a loved one. Her roles allowed her to work closely with seniors as well as develop relationships with medical professionals and communities in the senior living industry. Robin is compassionate and has a sincere interest in assisting clients and their families in the senior housing selection process from beginning to end.

LaJuana has worked in the senior community with a background that enables older adults to remain in their own homes by accessing community resources such as meal delivery, transportation and in home repair services. Continuing to work with seniors and their families daily, she takes pride in applying a high level of personalized service to those now seeking to relocate into retirement and senior living communities or homes. When speaking with clients, LaJuana first seeks to understand, then assist and support. Her primary goal includes individual attention to make the home transition specific to the needs of the clients.
